Ramble On Fitness is based on the idea of loving an idea and having the desire to talk about it at length – but more importantly, to put new ideas into action to help as many people as I can.
The mission of Ramble On Fitness is to provide an educational, in-depth, and thorough coaching experience. The focus is on helping martial artists perform better in the ring, and to help powerlifters move the most weight possible.
I’ve been an avid athlete all my life, first with swimming and track, and then diving head first into the martial arts. I’ve competed locally, nationally and I’ve even been selected to compete around the world for the US National Karate Team with the American JKA-International. One thing that’s always been with me has been the desire to help my teammates improve their strength and conditioning to ultimately achieve that gold medal that all athletes crave.
In recent years, I’ve turned towards competitive powerlifting – this took strength and conditioning to a whole new level for me because there are different nuances when weight moved is the ultimate goal.
